TERMS OF USE FOR THE DOG FIELD
Use of the field is entirely at your own risk. Swan School of Dog Training accepts no liability for the death of or any injury of any person or dog, or for damage to any property. Swan School of Dog Training accepts no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses or other liability incurred whilst on-site. Vehicles and contents are left at the owners risk. Yours and your dogs' behaviour and actions are your sole responsibility and no claim can be made against Swan School of Dog Training.
You are liable for any damage caused inside and outside of the field by you, your dog(s) or any persons in your party.

The field is a no-smoking area

If you wish to share your slot with friends it is your responsibility to ensure that they read and agree to these Terms of Use.

Never leave dogs unattended in the field. Any dogs left in the car are left at the owners risk, and should have adequate shade, ventilation and water to suit the weather conditions.

Bookings start on the hour or half hour, and last either 20 or 50 minutes depending on the booking type. The final 10 minutes of your booking slot is to allow you time to retrieve your dog, and vacate the field for the next booking.

Please leave promptly at the end of your session, even if you arrived late.

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booking begins as this will limit the enjoyment of the users before you.

Before opening the gate to the field with the emailed code, check that the previous user has vacated the field, and if they haven't please contact us on 07828 510541.

Every user is expected to re-lock the gate upon entry and exit of the field, even if the next booking is present. This is to ensure that the field is only used by those who have the correct code and have paid for their booking.

Any user failing to pick up dog waste will be refused usage of the field in the future. Please dispose of dog waste in the bin provided.

Please do not exercise your dog outside the secure field area.

Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Any equipment in the field is for the dogs only and should not be climbed upon by children. In addition please do not climb on the fencing and gate.

Cancellations and amendments must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking to qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.
PROFESSIONALS
To ensure safety and security standards, dog walkers are permitted, but professionals such as dog trainers are not permitted unless by prior arrangement.
